Your Role: HR Administrative Agent
As an HR Administrative Agent, you will become an important part of our HR team at BORG Automotive in Tunisia BATU. You will provide dedicated HR administrative support, including support for the second shift, and help ensure that employees receive timely and professional assistance.
The position has been created to strengthen the HR function at a time when the volume of daily administrative and employee-support activities has increased. Through your work, you will help improve responsiveness, maintain service quality, and support the smooth handling of essential HR processes.
You will join a collaborative workplace with a flat organizational structure, where initiative, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
Correct and follow up on time and attendance records
Process employee requests for employment certificates and salary certificates
Update and maintain employees’ personal documents and records
Monitor absences and carry out the necessary follow-up
Manage discipline-related questionnaires and associated administrative follow-up
Respond to employees’ daily questions and requests
Provide reliable administrative support to the HR function
Help maintain responsive and high-quality HR services across shifts
