When do I receive a response to my application?

How does the recruitment process work?
Our recruitment process may vary depending on the position, but typically includes an initial screening followed by interviews with the Hiring Manager and the +1 Manager.
As part of the process, we normally also include a DISC behavioural assessment to get to know you better and support the dialogue during the interviews. For some positions, a business case or an additional assessment may also be included.
Throughout the process, we will keep you informed about the next steps and what to expect.
