Be part of BORG Automotive Group
BORG Automotive Group is a value-based company. This is reflected in the way we do business, as well as in our approach to HR-related responsibilities.
Our five values, Competence, Responsibility, Transparency, Interdependency, and Continuous Improvement are thus the core and foundation for all our company policies. They serve as a guide for how we work and behave, but also as our commitment to every employee – shaping how they are treated, supported, and respected throughout their journey with us
We aim to have a leadership that transforms values into business practice by developing our employees by giving trust and empowerment.
At BORG Automotive Group, we strive to create a workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered to make a difference. As part of our team, you can expect a working culture built on:
Open communication and collaboration, where everyone's voice matters.
Respect for individual differences, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives, experiences and backgrounds.
Continuous learning and development, helping both our people and our business grow.
Care for employee well-being and work-life balance, recognizing the importance of life beyond work.
Shared responsibility and ownership, where everyone contributes to our success and helps shape the future of our company.
" We are building the company on a foundation of five values, and we strongly believe that building success in the future depends on competent and responsible people, interdependent and transparent in relations, striving for continuous improvement." - Jesper Møberg, CEO
